  • When a patient approaches IVH for assistance via any media, immediately our Helpdesk will generate acknowledgement and put them in touch with our Patient Coach.
  • Our team of trained inhouse coach will enquire about their disease details, will collect reports and relevant information.
  • Our inhouse doctors and coach will use our query handling matrix to give unbiased assistance to patient in taking informed decision, while they are at comfort of their homes.
  • Assist in identifying the right hospital based on his/her medical requirements and budget
  • Arrange for discussion with the doctor who will be performing the procedure by audio or video conference call
  • Arrange for necessary Pre-treatment tests to be done in the home country if possible
  • Our inhouse expert will guide to correct hospital and doctor and also arrange on site counselling as per IVH proprietary decision matrix second opinion to plan further course of action.
  • The inhouse expert will prepare Patient Information Sheet based on summary of details acquired from above exercise.
